  You're like one of those falsey 'get b----es' internet ads; They start up the commercial by suggesting their product and how it'll make your d--- huge and attractive, then they go on to make tales about how this one guy was a little-known scrap scarcely even getting acknowledgement from girls until he took the pill/gel/steroid/ointment/surgery/caplet/capsule/antibiotic the sponsors are advertising. Then they keep bluffing about how they're going to explain the science of it all until you're met with a price tag.
