  So I didn't get much sleep last night and then DARA cmae to wake me up and she was being all perky and happy
  
  and I shouted at her nad screamed at her and she started crying im with yang rght now he's in the bathroom right now brushing his teeth but I feel really bad
  
  
  Any ways other than saying sorry I can do to cheer her up
