don't use those if you don't have small boobs it will seriously mess your chest pillows up if you wear it too long/too tightly/too many times.

I also have small boobs. But Mo, do NOT wear it for more than two and a halfish hours. And don't wrap too tight. If it's hard to breathe, you probably need to loosen it.

It used to be cheaper. .w. But these ones are realllllyyyy good. My friend has double D's, and she wears one to cosplay, and it works pretty well. -
