Don't get that. That's an Akali weapon. Full AD Talon is the way to go.

Depends on if you go mid or support with her. Annie can be 'tanky' when she's a support.

I usually user her for the top and bottom lanes, though I've been told she's supposed to go middle. And I have dominated the middle before with her. Idk.
