Thread Topic: I always think deeply when I hear these words.
-
1. "If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst at once into the sky that would be like the splendor of the Mighty One... I am become Death, the Shatterer of Worlds."
2. "I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds."
3. "We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried. Most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad Gita; Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and, to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another."
I dunno. It's just, the idea that something could make someone say such powerful things interests me.. -
Hm.

I heard this in a Link in Park song.

:I bleh I see the same thing all the timt they just added fancy words to make it seem deep

It's from their album A Thousand Suns. The words are a real expert from something said when they first used the nuclear/atomic bomb.
Ooooh. owo Cool. -
I'm not a very big fan of Link in Park so.
-
I know what album it is from. You have got me wanting to listen to it now.
