You don't need to watch that type of show to "understand" Steven Universe
Stop acting like it's deeper than a deep-dish pizza, because it's any ordinary show with the same repetition that is just really guilty pleasures. -
And you're seriously calling me the idiot when Anime is Japanese art, more likely motion depicted cartoons. It's a type of cartoon that originates from Japan, and trust me some cartoons made in the Western region do have small tweaks ans influences from said art style and animation.

It action does have deeper meaning in the plot and interested twist but OBVI you don't each if more understand. That's why a lot of people like if.
And I know anime is cartoons but I meant AMERICAN cartoons is far different and exaggerated while anime has anatomy closer to actual people.
But steven universe doesn't HAVE much japanese influence. it's american looking. -
Even "Avatar: The Last Airbender" and "Legend of Korra" were created in America, yet has anime influence.

Stop generalizing steven universe and judging before you watch it. Done episodes are really moving and intense. Some episodes are on the sillier side but they have a plot line and plot related episodes.
I hate your opinion because again. You don't f---ibg understand the show. It isn't popular for no reason. And no one is recommending it for no reason. The concepts are amazing.
