tbh I'm really hungry I've ate nothing all day and it's 11:10 and I'm still throwing up blood and honestly I just feel like s--- and I'm having really bad suicidal thoughts right now and I legit cannot focus on anything and my hands are shaking and I'm sweaty and I don't know what to do.

No no f--- no I'm not hurt and I've been baker acted twice this year and I'm not dealing with that s---.

I think I'm having a panic attack but I dunno.

You are probably also dehydrated, but I don't know for sure.

Try eating something slowly.
