Thread Topic: I got a little paranoid

So I was walking to the gas station with my sister and we saw a group of older men by a big red truck and we were walking pretty close to them and I started thinking, Are they gonna jump out of that truck and do something to us? Are they looking at us? Are they perverts? And then when we were close to the gas station, there was another man on the other side of the sidewalk and we were about to pass each other and I started thinking, Man, what if he kidnaps one of us? What if he suddenly runs up to us and snatches up one of us? Dear god, my sister is closer to him.. Do I switch with her? I don't want HER to be kidnapped.. But he didn't. And on the way back there was a couple unloading some stuff from their van and the woman had a fan and I started thinking, Dear lord, is she gonna turn around and hit us with that? That would hurt. What if the man grabs my sister and shoots me in the head???? Does he have a gun?? But they didn't. And we were in the clear.
Long story short we made it home safe and I got a bunch of gummy worms and gummy bears. But my suspicions about having paranoia are getting worse. -
I've had days like that, but normally when I'm that paranoid I've had too much sugar.

I haven't eaten anything today but Taco Bell besides the gummies I'm eating now, but didn't get any sugar before then. Strange.
