Okay.

I have blood (from a bloody nose) of my ROTC blue shirt, and I have to wear it tomorrow, so I don't have time to wash it, because there's loads in the dryer and washer.

Is it safe to put bleach on..?
I know Sarg said something about it, but I don't remember..

ill raid the internet for diy stain removers but if its blue I wouldn't bleach

Orange goop is a great non-bleaching stain remover. Better than any you will see in the market. It will take the stain right out of your shirt without harming it. (Believe me I know, I got mustard stains out of a shirt once)
