Oh, yes, Central American Time is 6 hours behind us Brits, compared to Eastern which is 5 hours behind, and Pacific which is 8 hours behind. New Zealand and Australia are about 12 hours ahead of us. For them it is almost noon.

No, no Bing. I have become more aware of the timezones around me and the hours in difference. Especially after my extreme jetlag from my trip to and from New York City.
