Ok so we have a test on the Russian Revolution and s---, but I'm still confused about the differences between Capitalism and Communism. I'm not completely sure if you know Capitalism well, but I know you're huge on Communism. The paper my teacher gave us was really confusing, and I think I just need an explanation from a student's point of view. Can you help?

Communism is a moneyloss and classless society in its purest form.

Holy s--- I came in at the right time
Okay. I'll type something up. -
Communism refers to both a system of governments and beliefs, and to a stage of socio-economic development. The latter is the accurate definition. The former refers simply to ideas communists had, but is not communism in the sense of a society.
The society, communism, is classless, stateless, and moneyless. This is because the elimination of private property in favor of common ownership. There is no need for money when everything is "according to need." And thus, no classes, as there are no longer capitalists taking profit from workers (everyone is of the same class, basically).
Capitalism is the system in which one class rules over another, the capitalists over the workers. Workers are paid a wage that is less than the value of what they produce, and the capitalist takes the profit without working for it. Capitalists own the means of production in capitalism. In communism, everyone owns the means of production, and there are no capitalists. We are all comrades in labor.
...did that help?
