So im back on my #complaining again anyway i dont know what it is but every itme i enter walmart i start feeling kind of agitated. I enter a fight or flight state almost.
i think maybe.its cause there;s so many people who are all in the way of our grocery vehicle,and im also in the way so everyone is looking at me(and wants to hurt me personally, this is true),and also i have a special rule tha t i have to hold my breath when passing by young children or suspect people (and graveyards, which is unrelated but i thought you should know),because children are always sick and if i breathe in theri sick air ill catch something. and that's obviously how it works thats why i do it every single time. but i cant be noticeable about it because its kind of mean to do so i just kind of stand there and choke until we are in the clear/. im so smart this is such a smart thing to do
"visit during sensory hours" N No i cant those are at like 11 am and i wake up at 3 in the afternoon and also my parents woul d make fun of me.because i cant go to walmart on my own they HAVE to be there because they hsve the money of course. im not buying thingd for myself.....its a family grocery trip.this is just one of those things i have to get over myself thats what i was told!!!!!its true!it has to happen -
walmart still has me f---ed up. someday i’ll Git Gud at being in there but it hasn’t happened yet .to put it simply i had a couple setbacks .little one s. a tall person said something off putting towards me while i was walking back from the Walmart Restroom,it was one word ,ONE WORD ,he uttered ONE ☝ (1) Word .and i was like “ohhhjj i was right…,,,people want to hurt me..,,” I don’t even know if he was talking to Me because he scurried off so quickly. and the other one i can’t tell you about ,but long story short it was all in my head and i was freaking out for no reason,and it was the worst this has been so far anxiety wise
i think this “””fear””” of mine is super unlikely to happen ,Yeah i don’t REALLY think people i don’t know are trying to hurt me,but if they did i wouldn’t be That surprised.it’s only a matter of time and you have to be prepared,etc
and when i say it all Now ,it sounds really dumb but in the moment it makes sense. i just have to be on guard and extremely aware of my surroundings all the time when i am in walmart, Just walmart. ONLY walmart…….other stores from what i remember are fine. it’s just that walmart is more populated and has sinister vibes…. you understand -
so i think maybe i’ll start carrying a weapon or something with me just in case. i bring my s---ty little pocket knife with me everywhere even though i know that because it is so small and dull and dinky you could not do any real amount of damage (unless maybe you aimed for the eyes….???$) that would buy you time to run away and s--- your pants…..but it’s the thought of having it with me . when i need it thouhg i think i would like to have something that actually …….works but i can’t have my family knowing so we’ll see what happens.the perfect weapon will find its way to me, you understand……!!!!!!!!
but my point is ,Basically,When i have a weapon i will be unstoppable in walmart. I’ll be able to WALK AROUND NORMALLY like a NORMAL PERSON. Oh hell yes….!!!! this summer will be LEGENDAry
