Here's a definition I found. My disagreement was hardly aggressive, and I didn't believe that I was better than her while disagreeing. The disagreement was also not repeated. Also, I apologized and forgave. So therefore, not completely bullying, but I can see where you're coming from.

I deal with bullying everyday. I even went to the state Capitol and gave a speech against bullying. In fact, a bullying scenario similar to this happened a week ago.
