  I'm in the middle of a ??? panic attack??? b/c I was supposed to go to the city this weekend and I just needed to put my mental health first and then I don't even?? I got ready to go to Walmart but then I just got in the car and screamed and started crying and ran back in the house and now I'm sobbing????

  last time I did this we were going to be in the car for 6 hours so I panicked b/c I knew I'd get really bad anxiety but this time we were just going to Walmart??? this is why I never go anywhere.

  I don't know if they're even panic attacks and I don't know what triggers them usually and anzhjssjsbsbdnmddj I don't knOW

  Yeah. When that happens I just take the easy way out and breathe into a paper bag, stop it before it even starts
