Perhaps there was a time when scorpions once dwelled in oceans, but evolved on land. I think, not so sure. -
In the scorpio myth it died trying to chase after Orion and ending the chase in the ocean.

According to Greek myth, Artemis was bathing in a stream. Orion was watching her, and Artemis sent a scorpion to sting him to death.
For Pisces, Aphrodite and son Eros (or Cupid) transformed into fish as means of escaping the monster Typhon. -
