But what do you do when you can feel the pain,but you are so much pain you cannot act?
You cut your ties to the pain.
I will have to cut myself away from gtg if all the hatee doesn't clear away.

You don't know that. You can't someone hates you until they hurt you physically. In my case, I would say "i hate you" if I hate someone.
