I can't go to school anymore I can't do this and my mom is going to take my phone if I don't go to school and I don't even care anymore because it's not worth the panic attacks I just I can't do this

I wish she would just leave again. My phobia didn't act up for 2 weeks, I'm fine. I did just fine without her.

Why doesn't she understand? I mean, a lot of our parents don't. When we feel something, we feel something. They don't understand our emotions and instead punish us because they think we're opposing them.
If you're having panic attacks and she's still forcing you to go to school and taking your phone from you, that isn't really right.. -

She thinks I'm just being lazy for attention or some s--- like this is embarrassing, not something I would purposely do if I had a choice ok
