Well, what I find that helps me is tell someone, or go to someone if you can and have them help you. You might think that you don't want anyone around you, and that it's only going to make it worse, but just go somewhere with that one person you trust if they're around at the time, and any sane person would do their best to help you, so hopefully they help you calm down if this ever happens again.
As for the stress reasons, I think I would be able to help you more if you were to tell me what type of stress? Homework? Bullies? Parents? If you're okay with telling me anyways, if not I fully understand. -

My future, mainly. Like what I'm going to do, my grades, college, what job I'll have. And a few social situations that kind of pushed me off the edge. -
Well, I think you shouldn't worry about that. You'll have a good future if you focus on everything now and do good in school. Don't worry about your job, or your money, or anything like that. Think about now, and your future will be okay, okay?
