Though I tried hard not to stray
I heard them all say:
It was going to happen soon
She had always been a loon
And she died under the bright moon
Marching to her own tune
And before I took the blade
And made the mess I made
I always wished I would fade
But then the thoughts began to invade
Do it, do it, do it dear
But wait until the coast is clear
And ignore the fear
and wipe away that tear
So I took that damned blade in my hand
Just like the voices all had planned
Because I just couldn't withstand
So I decided to leave this awful land
I died the other day
While you were all away
I couldn't keep my feelings at bay
And I had nothing left to say
