Click on your picture then click set picture or some s--- like that.

Wanna know an easier way? It should work..
Log into your email in a web browser. In the top right corner of your email should be "+_____", a 3 by 3 square, a circle or bell, a box with a + in it, and your picture. Click on the picture, it'll say something like this:
[insert picture here] Rosio ---------
______[@]gmail.com
AccountPrivacy
View profile
if you click on the "insert picture here" part you can change it -
