There's nothing in the terms of use that deny users inquiry of the creators identity, just that of other users. It does however says the site's run out of New Jersey. Have you tried the contact information page? They have an address.

Hmmm. On quite a few of his sites he says gotoquiz like it's just a site for people who need something.... less than other sites. Do you know of any users on his other sites who may have/had gtq accounts?
