I'm taking Spanish in school, but I personally prefer Italian. Italiano mi fa pensare di casa. They are quite similar in some ways, though.

They're both of Latin origin. Especially Italian. I'm taking Spanish next semester, but next year I want to take Japanese. It's actually a simple language. (Excluding the pictograph writing. aka Kanji)

I wholeheartedly agree with you on that statement. Out of all Romance languages, Spanish and Italian are very close. Don't know about French though.

I'm starting high school as a freshman next year, and I wish they taught Japanese, but they don't. I've been learning it on Memrise, though.
French is intriguing to me, I might learn it some day. -
I think French was a cross of Latin, German, and Sedish languages. Itt all ended in derp... (French is annoying)

Don't take French, it's useless. Take spanish, then chinese or japanese. Also arabic. Those are the most important languages to know.

Well, I know one movie actor who is from Spain. Don't know any French. Too bad though. I admire Spanish because I think it's the most romantic, in my opinion.
