First time: I didn't want to get out of bed at 7AM and she thought I was depressed because of it, but I only got five hours of sleep that night.
Second time (now): I didn't give her a hug and she's getting on a plane tomorrow morning, so I had to explain to her that I'm givin her my story in the morning, so I'll see her then. I didn't tell her that I had a somewhat bad day though and didn't want a hug at the moment. -

why didn't you just tell her you had a bad day? -
I told her I'm not going to go to one, and she knows that.
Because it was easier to explain that I'll hug her tomorrow when I see her than explain that I had a bad day because of her. -

I think she really just wants me to see one because depression runs in our family and I hardly talk to anyone, but I'm really just socially awkward and prefer to be with my dogs than with people, and I don't think she can accept that.
