D: nuuu!!
It's a stormy night and a plane takes off from JFK airport in New York. The storm worsens, and the plane crashes - half lands in the United States, the other half lands in Canada. In which country do I bury the survivors? -

You would take the hen across first, and leave her on the other bank. Next, you'd come back, load the fox onto the boat, and takes him back across the river. You drops off the fox on the opposite bank, pick up the hen, and bring her back to the original bank. You swaps the hen for the corn, and return to the far bank with the corn - leaving it with the fox. Then, you return once more to the original bank to get the hen. Once you bring her across, all four are happy to be on the other side! -
