Someone with a chronic psychosis. It shouldn't be used as an adjective in that sense o.o And the informal definition is extremely ableist. It doesn't mean "evil person" or "violent person," just someone with mental illness.

No. It bothers me that even when they're sad, they still act happy and say "Today's a great day!".
