I've never been this sick because of my period ;n; I've been puking, my stomach hurts like hell, and I now have diarrhea .__. And I'm really thirsty now but if I drink water will I puke again...?

Take some pain reliever, drink some seltzer or some ginger ale, and I know this sounds crazy but try to exercise or stretch.

And for your stomach pains put your legs above your heart by laying down and it bending it forwards towards your chest and above your heart.
