It's painful to think about your coming death while you are falling down.

Mentally painful, but physically? No.

Electrocution.
Chopping up someone's body.
Accidentally falling in a huge meat shredder. -

and about the falling thing or you could survive but you would be in so much pain it would be unbelievable -

Electrocution hurts. I got electrocuted on my thumb before. :P
Chopping up someone else's body is painless (unless you cut yourself), but being chopped up? That would be unbearable.
You would feel pain for a split second if you fell into a huge meat shredder. Then again, I don't think that exists. -
Or Genocider Syo style with two scissors.

I tried hanging once, I agree that it did hurt.
How tall is the largest building you have access to? You need a massive one for almost guranteed fatality. -

Still would hurt, though, Anime. They're scissors with sharp blades. Even if you were touched with them (by the tip), that'd hurt.
I'm surprised you know so much about Dangan Ronpa, though. -
