I like her tights.

Her favorite and signature colors are sky blue, any blues, white, and black. Like Apple has signature colors which is blood red, any red, gold, white, and black.

I love her out-fit.

That's actually very good! I think the only thing you need to work on is enlarging that hand and shortening the neck, just a tiny bit. It's a small improvement.

I heard somewhere that the bottom of the nose lines up with the bottom of the ears, and that the eyes lines up with the top of the ears.

the way you draw ears and noses and eyes might not work with that rule, however, so it's no big deal
