  There was three bursts of light, and I was screaming, "WHAT THE HELL?"

  Don't know. Just saw the light and then the lights went out. My mom was freaking out, so I opened the door to look outside. Then the outside lights in town flashed green, coming from the same direction. 74% with no power. :(
