My head is just kinda pouding, and my throat is raw as hell, and it hurts so much every time I swallow, and I threw up and it was pretty much just acid and that made my throat like ten times worse and call me a cry baby but I'm bawling and shaking really badly.

I'm sorry that I'm giving you a late response.
Do you have any of that weird throat spray stuff to make your throat feel better? Or any honey? If you have that but haven't tried it, I suggest you do that. And if you have any pain medications, eat some crackers and water (even if it hurts to eat/drink) and take meds. Take a nap if you need to.
