Fuyuhiko is a dude, and he slit his stomach open because he felt that Saionji's friend Mahiru was murdered and that his bodyguard/love interest Peko was executed because of him. Peko murdered Mahiru to save Fuyuhiko and get him off of the island, because in this game, they're on Jabberwock Island/Island of Mutual Killing. So yeah, when you get caught murdering someone, you're executed.

Oh my God 0.o I hate it when charicters die ;-; (don't watch anime so sorry for not being able to connect so well)

The blood in Dangan Ronpa is pink, so it isn't as terrifying. Still kind of sad though. And it's fine.
