For me I would be.
1 get rid of the gym, frontporch, stage.
2 get rid of a certain SELECT people. -

-_- well maybe if the 'stage' people would leave there and post on the lounge once in awhile then the place wouldn't be dead whole day.

1.) I would add a couple of features I've always wanted to. Enhance the site a little, make it more pretty.
2.) Like you said, ban a specific select people from the site.
3.) Get rid of The Server Room.
4.) Fix the errors/whatever makes that forum look weird in The Wine Cellar. -
