Because, they are needed for everday activities. Breast aren't needed everyday in activites.
Someone can just walk up to a woman that isn't wearing a shirt or bra and touch her breast and molest her in public, which is embarrassing and against the law. This is why there is a law where they ban public nudity. For people's integrity and safety. -

I never said it's the women's,fault. The male or even a women could be doing it against their will or WITHOUT their permission. Some people just don't need to be touched in some areas in public WITHOUT approved permission. This is why we have goddamn boundaries.
Sexual cycle probably means the cycle of making a baby, and breast-feeding is in the sexual cycle because you are feeding the baby YOU created. -
