Let's see,
The hair looks kinda fuzzy ish? Like it's blended in with the skin. The hair should look more solid against it and have a bit of shading(Like just a thin line of shading with this hair cut)
The eye should have folds )unless if you were going for single eye lids)
Typically, the eye has shading above it as well since there is that sunken spot that separates the eyeball from the skull. Theres also shading off to the side between the eye and the nose.
It'd look better if an eyebrow could be seen, it would be possible to see an eyebrow where the hair is since the hair is a bit further back. The eyebrow general goes a little further out than the eye(THOUGH it depends. I'm touching my eye right now xD)
TYou could barely see the pupil there. Make that more apparent and in a circle. Remember though, the pupil would be a solid black if the eye color is light. Since the eye color is yellow, the pupil would be a darkish dark yellowish orange?
And the shading on the eye, the top inside would have shading on the iris. Actually, there isn't a crap tone of shading on the top of the eye but I do it as a style choice.
