There's so much more that, in my opinion, are so much better at conveying and emotion or wonderful or serious message.

And they all do exert a serious message through their songs.
Sia does poppy toons but she isn't like the booty shaking, talking about big boobs, and guys stuffimg their d---s in girls mouths, she talks about her feelings or what not, ex. "Chandelier". It has much more meaning than dancing at a party or ball UNDER a chandelier.
Listen to the lyrics and see what they relate to and put the pieces together.
COLDPLAY YEEE, LOVE THEIR SONG "PARADISE" and "VIVA LA VIDA" -
I'm not saying they don't, because I like some people on that list. I mean there are even more artists/songs.
