I figured it from personal experience..You just like..take a pen with that thing you clip to your shirt, break it..and bam..sharp object..

Sara: I stopped using knives and used pens to draw on myself; lines across my wrist.
I rather use the first one sometimes because pens hardly work for me but... I don't know. -
