OK? I don't know. I sometimes get awful Pains in the muscles of my legs.

Maybe it is you Phys Ed class.
My hiatal hernia might be bugging me. Its a hernia in ma tummy. I found out I had it 2 years ago. -

Well all I know is I ca get sick, and I do in fact, take medication for it, but I can still get stomachaches. and I can vomit. I could get surgery but... -

Oh we just call that P.E or whatever we are doing. Hockey, athletics, etc.

I did, and if I get surgey, well Il, explain this first. My stomach opening is tiny, it isnt big. the surgery will not improve that.

The same amount of food in a day, but eat it in smaller portions and often. -
Well I graze. I eat things like this:
breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. it doesnt even have to be much.: believe it or not, Dr.s, actually reconmend doing this. it is REALLY better for you. -
