Men expect it. It is #1 expected attack.
Deflecting a kick towards any belt or higher area is easy. All one must do is quickly swing arm.
Anyone with extremely basic wing chun knowledge will just grab your leg. Then you are 100% screwed.
The only way you could do it is to sneak up on them.
And sneaking up on someone to kick them in the balls is assault. Possibly sexual.
tl;dr decapitate them instead.
