Depression Log (cause wtfn)
So far:
May 14: Depression started.
Gradually got better.
Some time last month: Got super bad again.
Got a bit better. Became better at pretending to be cheerful.
A couple days ago: lypophrenia. Got bad again.
Yesterday: finally told people.
Today: tried cutting. That s--- hurts like hell. Probably won't do it again.
I'll do this every day from now on. -
