I used Paint (Windows 7.0) so I'm mad that the hair isn't as naturally flowing as I wished it would turn out.

If you want a better program, FireAlpaca is free.

I did use FireAlpaca on my laptop until it broke. Waiting until Christmas to get a new computer and download it. Can't download any programs on my mom's computer. :P Paint came with the PC.
