Police uniforms, vehicles and equipment:
Alsatian: A large dog with thick brown and black fur, used for helping the police and for guarding buildings
Baton: A stick used as a weapon by a police officer
Black Maria: A vehicle used by the police for carrying prisoners
Body armor: Special clothes that soldiers and police officers wear to protect themselves against bullets in extremely dangerous situations
Breathalyser: British spelling of breathalyzer
Breathalyzer: A piece of equipment used by the police for checking how much alcohol a driver has drunk. The driver blows into a special bag that measures the amount of alcohol in their breath.
Chevron: A symbol in the shape of an upside-down V that soldiers, police officers etc wear on their sleeve to show their rank
Cruiser: A police car
CS gas: A gas used by the police for controlling crowds of people. It hurts your eyes and makes it difficult for you to breathe.
Cuffs: Handcuffs
Doberman: A type of dog kept as a pet, for guarding buildings, or sometimes trained to be a police dog. Dobermans are large and thin with black or dark brown hair. -
Rottweilers or German Shepards are sexier.

Huskies are beautiful but I've never heard of them being police dogs, but I suppose they can.

Police dog: A dog used by the police
Riot shield: A hard flat object carried by police officers to protect themselves during riots

Stun grenade: A small weapon that soldiers or police throw at someone in order to prevent them from moving, without killing them
Tear gas: A gas that makes your eyes sting, used especially by the police to control violent crowds
Thermal imaging: The system by which special equipment is able to record the heat that people or buildings produce, used especially by the police and the armed forces
Truncheon: A short thick stick carried by a police officer as a weapon
Tunic: A short jacket that is part of a uniform worn by police officers, soldiers etc
Warrant: A document written by a judge that gives the police permission to do something, for example to arrest someone or to search a house
Warrant card: An official document that proves someone is a police officer
Water cannon: A piece of equipment that shoots water at people, used by the police for controlling crowds
Wheel clamp: An object that is put on one of the wheels of a car to prevent the driver moving it. Wheel clamps are used by the police and by private companies to stop drivers parking illegally.
