Actually, you'll still be underaged. They changed it to 15 years of age.

Nope.I really felt the difference when I hit 13 but you're gonna feel a huge difference when you become 15!

I think.. I don't know. But, I am pretty SURR they changed the COPPA age limit from 13 to 15.
