there are two things I always do. I listen to music as loud as I can stand, and I read over one of my notebooks. The notebook I read over when I'm upset is full of quotes, random lyrics, and a few things I added in. This is all I have in the notebook so far:
#1: Don't get mad when people make mistakes, get mad when they don't learn from them. (Or better yet, don't get mad at all.)
#2: You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
#3: That's okay. If you love me, I'll always be in your heart, but if you hate me, I'll always be in your mind.
#4: Things have to get worse before they can get better.

It's really short so far, but by the time I've finished reading over it, I'm not mad or sad or whatever the heck I was feeling anymore. I'm just happy. :) -
