I was walking around with my friends without my shirt and I kept flexing my little four pack like a boss cuz I'm proud of what I've done anyways one of my friends (I doubt they ever even liked me to be honest) said that I don't deserve abs if I'm gonna be a douchebag showing them off like that And that they deserve abs because they wouldn't flaunt it like I was. I kinda lost it and told them "I busted my ass to look the way I look now I earned the right to show them off you in the other hand sit in your ass all day and don't do s--- yet you're the one that deserves abs? Man being humble doesn't mean you deserve s--- those who are willing to put in the time and effort are the ones who deserve it." And yeah he told me to f--- myself and it turned I to just cussing eachother out after that.

Well, I agree with the part that you deserved it. You work hard for it I guess, and if he doesn't do jack s--- then he'll never get it.
I guess you can flex it all you want, but to be too show offy. Only a little, or what ever guys do.
