I can't draw people.
And therefore I have to just dream about my characters while everyone else has a buddy who can draw them. :I -

OKAY so this will be complicated depending on what you want to do.
The character's name is Arcario. He's a sweetheart hybrid of a birdxfish. I wrote a short story, and here's how he's described in the story:
In the second doctor's arms, a baby was attempting to squirm out of the towel it was in. Its eyes were wide open and it was making odd cooing noises. Around the baby's neck were an array of dove feathers that formed a little mane. As it struggled harder, the doctor finally helped it get out of the blanket. A bright red tail was flopping up and down, making swishing noises in the air. Eren gasped. The little tail reminded him of Nathaniel's tail. The only difference was that instead of scales being on the fins, there were more dove feathers. This was the result of a bird mating with a fish.
This is a not finished sketch of what the body would look like (*NOTE THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE FINS ON HIS ARMS LIKE I SHOWED IN THE DRAWING, THE MANE OF FEATHERS GOES ALL THE WAY AROUND HIS NECK, AND HIS TAIL DOESN'T HAVE SCALES IT HAS FEATHERS):
This is a chibi head showing his hair and the mane of feathers all bundled up:
You can draw him with the tail or with him wearing normal clothing and having legs. Either way he's a derp and even though he's a kid you can draw him older if needed. -
