Reasons of why:
Other animals like canines and apes see nothing wrong with nudity because it's just natural with them. It's basically an instinct I guess you can say? Not sure of how to explain.
Because humans are more advanced and self conscience about these things. We are raised in a society where public nudity is wrong.
