Um.... Well that's kinda the objective anyway lol but I mean a story to tell behind it. And he's going to save one of his own pokemon

Maybe he could be super afraid of going anywhere, and cutie potato Nat/someone cute could cheer him up and tell him that his pokemon need him. When they go and retrive the pokemon, Text could be the last one out to have the feels of seeing it crumble (IT DID SAY THAT RIGHT??) something like that
