Before I can tell you my idea, what are the rules of OCTs (I think that's what it is??), what does OCT stand for, what does it take to make one, and do you have to be special to make one or is anyone able to? -

OCT means original character tournament
You can make one easily I believe but you have to pay to make it a super group
You don't have to be special but a way of how to get it popular is by being well known in the DA community and it helps to be able to draw to make proper references and seeing the owner of the group being a good artist would aid in attracting more people. -

See, I'd love more than anything to make one, but I don't have all of that. ;w; And I was thinking that if I did all of the writing and someone else helped with the art it'd be fun. But if it takes all that theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen. -

Well, I was hoping that you would want to make an OCT with me. I'm not too artistic, but I can make some designs, and I LOVE to make plots and things. :I

To be honest id prefer to work on something like this with an artistically experienced person
