^ my point, maybe some people don't feel secure telling other people their information. They think the therapist will tell their parent.

I'm crumbling inside. Every moment of the day, my emotions are being pushed down deep inside. I can't take all of it. It's becoming harder and harder to force that damned fake smile onto my lips every time someone asks me if I'm okay. I'm not okay. I'm never okay. I'm turning into a monster.

I actually on friday asked my friend for something sharp..he showed me a piece of glass, but didnt give it to me.

And its funny, because my friend used a piece of glass to cut herself a few minutes earlier. Broken glass found my the school.
