It's high security. But the prison system has flaws. When the power goes out the cell doors unlock.

If one would cause the power to go out many prisoners would escape their cells. In turn causing a distraction sufficient enough for me to leave my cell.

So, where can I knock the power out at?

The main power room is in the basement. It's next to the boiler room.
